The most common and fastest way to swim

  • Swim on your stomach
  • Hands are alternately moved back and forth
  • Legs are moved in small movements (kicks)
  • Head is turned to the side to breathe

२. ब्रेस्टस्ट्रोक (Breaststroke)

  • Easy to learn for many
  • Frog-like movements with arms and legs
  • Head mostly above water
  • Easy to breathe

३. ब्याकस्ट्रोक (Backstroke)

  • Swimming on the back
  • Hands are alternately rotated from above
  • Breathing is easy (mouth is up)

४. बटरफ्लाइ स्ट्रोक (Butterfly)

  • The hardest way
  • Both hands are used at the same time
  • Legs are moved like a dolphin
  • Requires a lot of strength
